Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

To cancel, email info@buenmate.nl with your name and order number before the 14 days have passed. You then have another 14 days to send the items back.

Sending items back

Return address: BuenMate, Dr. J.J.P. Oudsingel 12, 3067 EG Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

You pay the cost of return shipping. Please pack the items well and use a service with tracking. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. If an item has been used more than is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss in value.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and food safety reasons, yerba mate and other food products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Unopened food products can be returned. 

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of your cancellation. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We may wait until we have received the items, or until you have shown that you sent them. Refunds are made to the payment method you used.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, email info@buenmate.nl with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and in that case we pay for the return shipping. Your legal guarantee under Dutch and EU consumer law always applies.
