Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands and to all other countries in the European Union.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: €6.95 per order. Free for orders of €50 or more.
• Other EU countries: €8.95 per order. Free for orders of €100 or more.

All prices include VAT. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days.

The delivery time of the goods always depends on their availability and on the chosen method of delivery and payment. Delivery times shown in the shop are approximate and may differ from the actual delivery time.

If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 30 days after the delivery time stated in the order confirmation has passed, for any reason, both we and you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In that case we refund everything you paid for the order.

Tracking and problems

You receive an email when your order has been shipped. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email info@buenmate.nl with your order number and we will resolve it with you.
