1. Who we are

This webshop is run by BuenMate, a sole proprietorship established at Dr. J.J.P. Oudsingel 12, 3067 EG Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98835793, VAT identification number NL005357402B21. You can reach us at info@buenmate.nl.

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every order placed through www.buenmate.nl. By placing an order you agree to them.

3. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and natural materials such as wood and calabash can differ slightly from the photos. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. An obvious mistake in a price or description does not bind us.

4. Ordering and payment

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we tell you as soon as possible and refund what you paid for it. 

5. Delivery

Products are shipped within one day. The delivery time of the goods always depends on their availability and on the chosen method of delivery and payment. Delivery times shown in the shop are approximate and may differ from the actual delivery time.

If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 30 days after the delivery time stated in the order confirmation has passed, for any reason, both we and you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In that case we refund everything you paid for the order. Shipping costs and further details are in our Shipping policy.

6. Cancelling and returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You pay the cost of return shipping. Opened food products cannot be returned. The full conditions are in our Refund policy.

7. Guarantee

Our products must be what you may reasonably expect of them. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under the legal guarantee in Dutch and EU consumer law.

8. Using our products

Yerba mate contains caffeine. Mate is prepared with hot water, so take care when handling it. Gourds made of wood or calabash need the care described on the product page.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, email info@buenmate.nl with your order number. We reply within two working days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
