Martin Fierro Camionero Algarrobo

A wide-mouthed camionero gourd made from algarrobo wood with a stainless steel ring. A sturdy Argentine classic from Martin Fierro, one of the most respected gourd makers.

Before first use: Wooden gourds need curing. Fill it with used, wet yerba and hot (not boiling) water, leave it for 24 hours, then empty it and let it dry completely. Repeat once if the wood still tastes raw.

Care: Empty it after every session and let it dry upside down, open to the air. Never put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking.

Pairs well with: a long bombilla such as the Bombilla Grande (19,5cm), and a strong yerba such as Canarias.
